Texas HPRSA

The Hispanic Public Relations Student Association, commonly referred to as Texas HPRSA, was founded in 2022 at The University of Texas at Austin in the United States. The organization was created by students Larissa Aguilar and Paola Hernandez, who identified a need for a professional and inclusive space for Hispanic and Latino/a/x students interested in public relations. With backing from the Hispanic Public Relations Association (HPRA), university faculty, and the department, Texas HPRSA became the fourth chapter of its kind nationwide and the first in the state of Texas.
