Wystartuj

Founded in 2016, Wystartuj began as a project under the auspices of ZSP SGH, the student government of the Warsaw School of Economics. Its original mission was to bridge the gap between the dynamic startup ecosystem of Warszawa and the city’s large student population. Conceived as a job fair for startups, complemented by workshops and lectures, Wystartuj aimed to show that careers in smaller, agile companies or founding one’s own venture could be a compelling alternative to traditional corporate paths. The final event of each edition is held in the Spadochronowa Hall of the main SGH building in Warszawa, Poland.

Current Focus and Core Mission

Today, Wystartuj remains deeply rooted in its founding ethos: facilitating meaningful connections between innovative startups and ambitious talent. While the core activity is still the organization of a large-scale job fair, the project has evolved into a broader platform for networking and education within the startup community. The primary goal is to create a robust networking network between companies, making it easier for employers to find potential employees and vice versa. By focusing on the startup sector, Wystartuj highlights the growth potential and unique opportunities found outside of large corporations, particularly for students and young professionals in Warszawa.
