Beauty Industry Solutions was created by co-owners, Julie Diedrich and Ericka Mokoff. Each owner has a unique set of skills and experience. Julie Diedrich has over 20 years' experience in Relationship Recruiting, Talent Pipelining, Industry event planning and Project management and was most recently the Industry Relations Specialist for the Minnesota Great Clips Franchisee's. Ericka Mokoff has over 20 years' experience in salon operations and management. Ericka was a Great Clips salon owner of a multi-unit franchise, Great Clips Franchisee trainer and business consultant. Ericka also was an area manager for a national education group. Brought together by a passion for the industry, Beauty Industry Solutions was formed on the belief that "Relationships Matter" and that utilizing Julie and Ericka's extensive experience would benefit owners in the Health and Beauty Industry. We move businesses from a re-active environment to a pro-active environment which attracts and engages the best people at all times.
