Payment is made to Online PR. We hold the full amount in escrow. The agency does not receive the money yet.

The agency delivers the work
They complete the agreed deliverables. You review everything.

You approve → we release funds to the agency
Only after you confirm you're satisfied do we release the escrowed amount to the agency.
If you're not satisfied, you don't approve—and the money stays in escrow until the issue is resolved or we refund you.
How we protect you from common threats
Agency doesn't do the work or disappears
If the agency fails to deliver or stops responding, your money is still in our escrow. You can open a dispute. We review the case and, when appropriate, refund you in full (or the agreed portion). The agency never gets paid until you're satisfied.
Poor quality or incomplete delivery
If the work doesn't match what was agreed, you are not obliged to approve release. You can request revisions or a partial refund. We hold the funds until you and the agency reach an agreement, or our team decides based on evidence.
Fraud or scam agencies
Because payment goes to us first, fraudulent agencies never receive your money until you approve. If something looks wrong, you don't approve—and we can refund you. We also track patterns and can suspend or remove bad actors from the platform.
Agency not “registered” or verified
You can still use our service with confidence. When you pay through Online PR, the payment is held in escrow regardless of the agency's verification status. So even if you're dealing with an agency that hasn't completed full verification yet, your money is still protected—we don't release it until you say so.
Why escrow matters
Paying an agency directly (e.g. by bank transfer or outside the platform) means you have little recourse if they don't deliver. With escrow:
- You never send money directly to the agency until the work is done.
- We act as a neutral holder; release happens only when you approve or when a dispute is resolved in the agency's favor.
- Disputes are handled by our team with access to project and payment records.

If something goes wrong: our dispute process
- 1. You raise a dispute — From your project page or by contacting us, you explain what wasn't delivered or what went wrong.
- 2. We gather evidence — Proposals, messages, deliverables, and timelines. Both you and the agency can submit your side.
- 3. We decide — Our team reviews and either releases funds to the agency (if the work was delivered as agreed), arranges a partial release/refund, or refunds you if the agency didn't fulfill their part.
Funds stay in escrow until the dispute is resolved. We're committed to fair outcomes for both clients and agencies.
