Marketplace Buyer Protection & Escrow Policy

This Marketplace Policy governs transactions conducted through the Online.PR platform, operated by Quick LLC, located at: Quick LLC 30 N Gould St Ste N Sheridan, WY 82801 United States Online.PR provides a digital marketplace that connects businesses, brands, and individuals with public relations agencies and professionals offering PR-related services. By using the Online.PR marketplace, users agree to the following terms. 1. Marketplace Role Online.PR acts as a technology platform that enables businesses to discover, connect with, and hire PR agencies and professionals. Online.PR does not directly provide PR services unless explicitly stated. Services offered on the marketplace are delivered by independent agencies or professionals. Quick LLC does not guarantee: • media coverage • campaign success • business results • specific PR outcomes Users are responsible for evaluating agencies before engaging their services. 2. Escrow Payment System Online.PR may provide an escrow-based payment system designed to protect both clients and service providers. The standard payment workflow is: Client selects a service or accepts a proposal. Payment is submitted through the platform. Funds are temporarily held in escrow. The agency delivers the agreed services. The client reviews and approves the work. Payment is released to the agency. Escrow helps reduce risk for both parties during service transactions. Online.PR may charge a platform service fee for facilitating marketplace transactions. 3. Buyer Protection Online.PR provides limited buyer protection for transactions completed through the platform. Buyer protection may apply in situations such as: • services not delivered • agency failing to respond after payment • work clearly not meeting the agreed service scope In such cases, clients may open a dispute through the platform. Client Responsibilities Clients using the marketplace agree to: • provide accurate project information • respond to agencies in a timely manner • review delivered work promptly • avoid misuse of the dispute system Clients should understand that PR services often depend on external media factors and cannot guarantee coverage. 8. Platform Fees Online.PR may charge service or transaction fees for marketplace activities.
