About Firepit Storytelling

We help organisations and companies with their strategy and storytelling in a number of different ways, from developing a Theory of Change framework to establishing strategic priorities and objectives, communicating the strategy and measuring impact and success. Who are we? Tom Salmon – A people-centric leader and strategist. Tom works with a number of organisations as a non-executive director to help them develop a narrative and framework for growth. Prior to founding Firepit with Paul he was managing director of the award-winning digital agency Epiphany (now Jaywing plc), an internationally acclaimed organisation employing 190 people in London, Leeds and Sydney, Australia. Paul Scraton – Writer, editor and communications consultant, Paul works with companies and organisations to understand, develop and tell their story. He has worked as an editor, journalist and communications manager, is the author of five books and has run writing and communications workshops across Europe.
