Mark is a seasoned creative with 20 years' experience shaping bold brand identities and digital experiences. As co-founder of Formation, he leads design, web, film and visual storytelling projects that bring complex ideas to life. From leading design assignments at F1 teams to creating investor decks for fission energy pioneers, Mark is well known for his ability to blend creativity with commercial insight.
Jonathan Mudd
Co-founder and editorial director
Jonathan gives two decades of communications expertise – spanning journalism, PR and strategic consultancy – to Formation clients. As editorial director, he specialises in crafting compelling narratives, from sharp messaging to impactful long-form content. Trusted for his skills as a journalist, attention to detail and client-first approach, Jonathan ensures every story lands and resonates with its audience.
