Full Duplex ceased operations in 2019 and was dissolved in 2022. At its peak, Full Duplex was a leading digital public affairs, data analytics and research firm. It provided online reputation and issues management, strategic communication and advocacy services for private and public sector organizations. It was the first company to invest heavily in Canadian-centric research on the role of digital in politics, public affairs and public opinion, publishing key research into activist, advocacy and election campaigns and the use of digital and social media by Canadian politicians at all orders of government. This research was aided by strategic partnerships with Sysomos and Affinio.
