I tailor our media training sessions to specific goals and objectives, and adjust based on client interview experience. If you're new to interviews, you may need a deep dive into the basics; if you're a veteran, you might just want a refresher and some practice delivering messages. Everyone gets lots of simulated interview time, with real-time feedback on everything from body language to bad habits to delivery. I put you through your toughest interviews so that you're ready for the real deal. For speaker coaching, I'll get you ready for everything from a keynote to a panel to a fireside. I audit your past speaking experience (as possible) and identify strengths and areas of focus. I'll help you build a strong stage presence with body language that projects confidence and relatability. You'll learn to connect with and engage your audience, develop tricks for overcoming nerves, and use your voice and tone as a critical tool. You'll conquer bad habits and learn to enjoy the spotlight. And I'll work with you to ensure that your content is clear and compelling. I've helped transform bland, monotone, and forgettable speakers into the ones everybody remembers and talks about.
