About HiTechPR Founded in 1990, HiTechPR has a long and successful record of working with technology companies – hence, the origin of the "high tech" in our name. Our extensive expertise in business-to-business marketing communications for the electronics, telecommunications and computer industries dates back to our earliest days. Twenty years later our client list now includes financial services, consumer products, experts and authors, health care and NFP clients among our successes. HiTechPR Founder and President, Mark Bruce Starting in 1984, Mark pioneered a series of highly successful industry analyst and media relations initiatives for business performance market leader Hyperion Software. After founding HiTechPR in 1990, Mark has helped start-ups, mid-sized companies and large public and private corporations, including for profit and not-for profit enterprises to reach their audience. Initially specializing in technology public relations, HiTechPR diversified to offer marketing communications expertise to a broad spectrum of clients in financial services, consumer products, real estate and health care. Mark was appointed to the faculty and teaches graduate-level media relations and publicity techniques at NYU and Pace University. He holds an M.A. in public relations and corporate communications, a B.A. in English literature and a certificate in investor relations from NIRI.
