Delivery policy — Once completing your onboarding form, our team of writers will begin crafting your features, send them to you for approval (when allowed by editors and publication), then be sent to go live. Once feature is live, we will provide you with the live link. Return policy – No return policy once your article has been published. The writers, editors, and team has already been paid out. Cancellation policy — If your article has not gone live and has not been written, you can receive a full refund. Once your article has undergone the writing process, if you cancel, you can receive a 50% refund. If your article is already live, we can request the publication remove the article, but you will not be eligible for a refund.
