Leaders forum BD" (LFB) has emerged as a platform of Leaders at the beginning of Covid19 pandemics in Bangladesh comprising of leaders and professionals engaged in diversified sectors of Bangladesh to overcome the challenges and adversities through initiating various drives and initiatives. Although LFB was born in a Black Swan situation, now in the new normal situation, in 2021, it has grown as an ever largest platform of around 3000 leaders aiming at promoting and developing leadership through learning, discussions, collaborations, and executions to help sustainable growth of businesses, societies & communities. We believe there is much to learn from leaders who have already demonstrated their willingness, and aptitude in building such a world. They have built businesses, led global corporations, and had a significant impact on the lives of many. They have the knowledge to pass on to the next generation.
