About Nationale Haringpartij
De Stichting Hollandse Haringpartij organiseert aan de start van het haringseizoen jaarlijks de Nationale Haringpartij. Dit oudste informele communicatie en netwerkevenement van Nederland vindt plaats op Kasteel de Haar te Haarzuilens (Utrecht). Het is een feest van de informele ontmoeting waar sedert 1961 duurzame verbindingen ontstaan.
De Stichting heeft zich de sociaal maatschappelijke taak ten doel gesteld om verbinding tot stand te brengen tussen representanten uit de overheid, het bedrijfsleven en de kunst en cultuursector, met oog voor diversiteit en inclusiviteit om zo de traditie van de Hollandse Nieuwe te continueren voor volgende generaties.
Onder de gasten bevinden zich representanten van het Koninklijk Huis, de Nederlandse politiek, ambtenarij, buitenlandse ambassades, het bedrijfsleven, de society, media en cultuur.
De visserij sector en in het bijzonder de visdetaillisten, afkomstig uit alle windstreken van het land, zijn de waren sterren van het event, zij laten zien hoe lekker en gezond vis is als ingrediënt in ons dagelijks leven en vol overgave presenteren zij de nieuwe haring. De Stichting werkt samen met het Visbureau om vis in het dagelijks dieet als gezond onderdeel onder de aandacht te brengen.
Zonder de steun van Corporate Members zou dit event en bijhorende onderdelen niet mogelijk zijn. Zij maken gedurende het hele jaar deel uit van het netwerk rondom de Nationale Haringpartij.
