Pelajar, mahasiswa, masyarakat umum, ataupun praktisi lintas jurusan, semua dapat berpartisipasi dalam rangkaian acara Pekan Komunikasi UI. Pekan Komunikasi UI melibatkan lebih dari 100 universitas, lebih dari 1.200 mahasiswa, berbagai perusahaan swasta dan negara, civitas akademika yang mengkaji bidang ilmu komunikasi, serta berbagai pakar praktisi berpengalaman.
