About Sihteeriyhdistys - Sekreterarföreningen ry

Sihteeriyhdistys - Sekreterarföreningen ry on voittoa tavoittelematon ammatillinen yhdistys. Yhdistyksemme tarkoituksena on sihteerien/assistenttien ja vastaavissa tehtävissä toimivien henkilöiden vuorovaikutuksen edistäminen sekä ammattipätevyyden ja -arvostuksen kohottaminen. Yhdistyksen toimintaa ohjaavat ammatillisuus, aktiivisuus, vastuullisuus ja ilo toimia yhdessä. Noin 700 jäsentämme muodostavat yhdeksän alueellisesti toimivaa jaostoa ja valtakunnallisesti toimivan kollegaverkoston. Yhdistyksessä tutustut kollegoihin lähitienoolla ja koko maassa ja verkostosta saat hyötyä ja iloa sekä työssä että vapaa-aikana. Sihteeriyhdistys on perustettu vuonna 1960. Yhdistys tarjoaa jäsenilleen mm. edullista ja laadukasta koulutusta, ajankohtaisia luentoja, tietoa ammatillisesta koulutustarjonnasta, apurahaa osaamisen kehittämiseen, tutustumistilaisuuksia yrityksiin, koti- ja ulkomaan matkoja, jäsenetuja, ammatillisen verkoston sekä tietoa avoimista työpaikoista. Jäsenemme ovat aikaansaavia ja alansa kehitystä seuraavia sihteeri- ja assistenttityön ammattilaisia. He työskentelevät eri toimialoilla sekä julkisella että yksityisellä sektorilla. Tehtävänimikkeet vaihtelevat, mutta toimenkuvissa on yleis-, talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon sekä viestintä-, markkinointi-, koulutus- ja kehittämistehtäviä.
