Der SVIK besteht seit 1944 und ist damit der älteste und traditionsreichste Fachverband der Schweiz auf dem Gebiet der Unternehmenskommunikation. Er ist überzeugt, dass es eine bedeutsame und dauernde Aufgabe der wirtschaftenden und politischen Führungskräfte ist, Unternehmen, Verwaltungen und andere Organisationen weiterzuentwickeln und anpassungsfähig zu halten. Um erfolgreich zu arbeiten, die Motivation der Mitarbeitenden zu heben, den Zusammenhalt der Beteiligten zu fördern, effizient zu führen sowie alle Stakeholder über die inneren Vorgänge zu informieren, braucht es kompetente Kommunikation. Kernpunkt ist, dass Unternehmens- und Verwaltungskommunikatorinnen und -kommunikatoren die Funktion in ihrer Organisation effizient implementieren und umsetzen. Seit sieben Jahrzehnten setzt sich der unabhängige SVIK mit seinen mehr als 300 Mitgliedern und 1‘500 Followers in der konventionellen und digitalen Welt für die Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung der internen und integrierten Kommunikation in der Schweiz ein.

Afin de travailler avec succès, de motiver les employés, de promouvoir la cohésion des participants, de diriger efficacement et d'informer toutes les parties prenantes des processus internes, la communication est indispensable.
