Die Agentur beschäftigt aktuell (Stand: Juli 2017) rund 15 Kommunikationsprofis und blickt auf eine lange Erfolgsgeschichte zurück. Seit 1980 unternehmen wir alles, um die Ziele unserer Kunden zu erreichen. Die drei Säulen unseres Erfolgs: Die Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Projekte und unterschiedlicher Kunden und Branchen ist die erste Säule. Die zweite Säule sind unsere Mitarbeiter. Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, dass unsere Mitarbeiter (Stand: 2017) im Schnitt über 4,5 Jahre bei uns im Unternehmen bleiben – ein Wert, der zum einen im Branchendurchschnitt sehr gut ist, und zum anderen beweist, dass das Arbeiten bei der PR- und Kommunikationsagentur wbpr offensichtlich spannend ist und Spaß macht. Und der dritte Erfolgsfaktor ist unser verlässliches Netzwerk zu Journalisten, Medienschaffenden, Meinungsbildnern im politischen wie gesellschaftlichen Bereich, in die Wirtschaft und zu Verbänden – sowie im Fall der Fälle auch zu hervorragenden Anwälten, bspw. für Medienrecht oder Merger & Acquisitions.
